Why can’t I see the money my customers payed me

The first deposits of your customer's payments can take a few business days to reflect in your account due to security checks, terrance. While for the succeeding, your payments will deposit faster than the initial, typically within 2 business days. For now, let's check the Merchant Service Center page to see the transaction.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Select Transactions.
  3. If you see “Withheld” in the METHOD column, it means that the payment is on hold and we’re reviewing it.

 

Additionally, if there’s an issue with the payment, we’ll notify you via email. It’ll go to the email address you used as your contact email when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments.

 

Moreover, you can contact our Payments Support Team if you won't be able to receive the payments after the allotted time given for the payment processing. They have the tools that are suitable to provide a real-time assistance through screen-sharing sessions.
