What version of QuickBooks Online do you have?

Hi @info28,

 

Welcome aboard to the Community space. I want to make sure you can add your accountant to your company data.

 

I can see the attached product to your profile is QuickBooks Online. We'll need to check if your accountant successfully accepted the invitation you sent. It will help us determine if we need to resend the invite again.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Below Your Company, click Manage Users.
  3. Go to the Accountants tab.

If your accountant is missing from the list, please send the invite one more time. Once they accept the invite, they should show on your list in QuickBooks Online.
