Let me help ensure you're able to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO), alexfloridahomes,

 

I've checked here on my end and found out that some customers are being presented with a promotional discount page when logging into QBO via the app.

 

To fix this, you'll need to update the app to the latest version 20.06.5. And, I'm glad to show you how:

 

  1. Open your App store from your device, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right side of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes.
  4. Tap Update next to the QuickBooks Accounting app to start the install.

Another way of accessing your account is by signing-in via the web-browser. This process won't show you the promotional discount page. Also, I recommend using supported browsers to get the best out of your QuickBooks Experience.

I did that. I deleted app and did subcrition again and it keeps telling me i got a discount. I also tried doing it on my computer and it tells me i am not subscribed when i try login in

I thank you for sharing the steps you've performed to resolve this unexpected behavior with your subscription. 

 

Just to clarify, did you subscribed from the Apple App Store? If yes, I'd recommend contacting the Apple Customer Care team to securely check your billing information. Also, a specialist can verify the discount prompt you received.

 

On the other hand, you can try accessing your paid QuickBooks Online account using a regular web browser. Just make sure to use the correct username and password of your paid subscription. You can use this link: qbo.intuit.com.

If i try login in a different browser it tells me my free subscription has expired. But I already did the subscription.

I tried calling quickbookscostumer services but it tells me office is closed. So I really dont know what else to do. I need to start sending invoices
