QuickBooks Online might not have been able to bill your subscription due to the invalid credit card information. You can update your credit card information by following these steps:
- Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Your Company, click Account and Settings.
- On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
- Update your bank information.
- Click Done.
