Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! I was able to test this on my end I was able to get the full calendar year! Let's go ahead and do some troubleshooting steps to ensure this is not browser related. Here's how:
First, try incognito mode. Here's how:
- Using your Google Chrome browser, click the 3 vertical dots at the upper left corner.
- Choose New Incognito Window.
- Visit QuickBooks Online webpage. (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/)
- Sign in using your registered credentials.
- Run the report Trial Report again to see if it is working, close the incognito tab.
If it is performing correctly, you need to clear cache and cookies.
- Open a regular browser (google)
- We will now delete the cache and cookies:
- On the same 3 vertical dots at the left corner, click Settings.
- On the left navigation panel, choose Privacy and Security.
- Then, choose Clear browsing data.
- Under time range, select All time.
- Check all three options available:
✓ Browsing History
✓ Cookies and other site data
✓ Cached images and files.
