Why has QBO presented a user's bill to my bank but has not invoiced my account

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't send invoices for subscription charges to your company account, treasurer121. Let me explain this below.

It looks like the amount you mentioned is for your QBO subscription charges. That said, please know these charges are automatically billed to your payment method and won't appear as an invoice in your company file. For more information on subscription charges, please refer to the article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

Since you can't find the invoice for this bill, I suggest checking your email to see if there's any information about these charges. If you don't find anything, please get in touch with our live support team. They have the necessary tools to help figure out where these charges came from.

To contact them, here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the (?)Help button.
  3. You can utilize the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, or using the Search tab to input a keyword for your concern.
  4. After entering your question or issue, the Contact Us option will show.

Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus users can contact our experts Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. On the other hand, Advanced subscribers have 24/7 access to our support team.

If you want to cancel or change your QBO subscription, here's an article that will help you: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info.

If you have any more questions or need clarification about the charges you received, feel free to use the Reply button. We are here to help.
