First and foremost, I would like to know when you canceled your account. I would also like to see if you are getting an error message.
If you cancel your QuickBooks Online account, you will retain read-only access to your data for a year, provided that you have only one account.
After a year, the data will be deleted. This is one of the reasons why you will not be able to access your account.
To use QuickBooks Online again, start a new subscription and add a new company.
