This is certainly not the experience we wanted you to have while resubscribing. To get past the prompt, we recommend resubscribing directly through your Intuit account.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
- Click Cancel when prompted with the resubscribe option.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Intuit account.

- Choose Products & billing, then select the product you want to resubscribe to.
- Click Resubscribe.

- Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
- Click Cancel when prompted with the resubscribe option.
- Select Help.
