I understand the importance of resolving any payroll account issues, Cronoscleaning. The hold may still be active due to unresolved or pending verification steps on your account.

If you receive the message "Your account is on hold, contact us" while trying to process payroll or make contractor payments, and you also have an email with the subject "Important: Urgent issue with the payroll account for [Business name]," it indicates that there is a payroll transaction that requires our attention.

If you see a similar message in your payroll product but have an email with the subject Payment request for failed payroll debit, see this article for more information: Resolve a non-sufficient funds (NSF) hold on your payroll service.

On the other hand, if the email wasn't received by the Principal Officer or Primary Principal listed on your account, have them check their junk or spam folder. If they are still unable to locate it, you can contact us for assistance.

I've added a link for more details and common questions about your hold: Resolve an Urgent Issue with Your Payroll Account.

If you have further questions about payroll, let me know. I'll be here to assist.
