Why the $75.00 is being charged for a New Subscription

Let's check where this $75 is coming from, usergilaneh-beheshti.

Your current subscription rate is dependent upon its original rate and any discounts offered at the time your subscription began. You can also review detailed information on your subscription rates in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. You’ll see all your active subscriptions.

I'm also adding these possible reasons why you get charged multiple times on your subscription:

  • You turned on payroll, merchant account service, or GoPayment.
  • You have multiple companies, which means that you will be billed for each one.
  • Forgot to cancel a subscription (cancellation has to be done manually by the Master Administrator)
  • You have a monthly subscription but were expecting an annual charge.

You can use the charge lookup tool and more about the charges you're seeing through these articles:

We can also check if you have multiple accounts. To do so, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Team so they can pull your account in secure environment. They have the tool to verify your subscription.

Don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have follow-up questions. I'll be around to help you.

Your discounted period might be over and you have to pay the regular rate now. You may open a new QBO account with the same email address and migrate data from your old account.

Why the $75.00 is being charged for a New Subscription

I was charged $74.93. This is my first time to receive a payment through Quickbooks, will I be charged each time like this? It's very expensive.

Are you asking about the processing fee? You should visit the following reference

If you are running a B2B company, you can utilize a 3rd party processor to accept ACH payments for free. Otherwise, you can explore another payment processor for B2B/B2C company with the lower rate than QB Payment.

@rmather

Which link? The link I shared is for QB Payment only. You can explore a 3rd payment processor as I mentioned earlier.
