This isn't the impression I want to leave you with. The only way that your subscription can be upgraded with the Turbotax Bundle is by clicking the Subscribe Now button within the settings in your account. I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to see how your subscription was upgraded or what may have caused this to happen.
Afterward, you can follow the steps below on how to properly downgrade your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Billing info.
- At the bottom of the page, choose Cancel now.
- Pick the Keep QuickBooks Self-Employed option.
- Press Change Subscription.
