Why won't QBs connect with my Home Depot Commercial Account? The link to the account's homepage is there, my passwords are correct, IDK what's wrong. Can anyone help?

I checked with our engineers and they confirmed that this is a reported issue. Some customers are unable to connect with Home Depot Commercial Account.

 

They are investigating about this issue and will release a fix as soon as possible.

 

While we're looking for the permanent solution, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Contact Care Team, so we can add you to the list of affected users. This way, we can notify you via email about the status of the issue.

  1. Go to Help at the top and click the Contact us button from the pop-up window.
  2. Enter Support in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. Hit the Let's talk button.
  4. Select the icon for Chat or Get a callback.
