Will I be able to add a logo to my Purchase Order if I upgrade from QuickBooks Plus to the next level subscription?

I just learned that I can not configure my PO format to include my company logo on the QuickBooks Plus subscription level. Before upgrading, it would be great to know that this feature is available if I upgrade. Thanks!

Will I be able to add a logo to my Purchase Order if I upgrade from QuickBooks Plus to the next level subscription?

Upgrading your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription from Plus won't enable the ability to add a company logo directly to Purchase Orders (POs). JanT.

Regardless of the subscription level, QBO doesn't offer the ability to customize the PO template to include a logo. As an alternative, we can utilize the Standard template, which is the primary sales form. How PO looks depends on what you edit in the primary template.

Here's how you can personalize it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Look for the standard template, then click Edit.

  3. Under the Design tab, choose Make logo edits.
  4. Select the Show logo or click the + button to add one.
