Upgrading your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription from Plus won't enable the ability to add a company logo directly to Purchase Orders (POs). JanT.
Regardless of the subscription level, QBO doesn't offer the ability to customize the PO template to include a logo. As an alternative, we can utilize the Standard template, which is the primary sales form. How PO looks depends on what you edit in the primary template.
Here's how you can personalize it:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Look for the standard template, then click Edit.

- Under the Design tab, choose Make logo edits.
- Select the Show logo or click the + button to add one.
