Will Quick Books on line still be available to me if I do not renew my subscription. We are using NEtsuite outgrew QB's Need to see previous years

The new rate will be $960 per year.  If I don't renew will I still have access to seeing Quick Books?

Convert your data to a QB Desktop file and purchase a one time license for QB Desktop 2021 Pro to open it anytime you need it.

Welcome to the Community, @pderose

We thank you for being part of QuickBooks Online and for using our product to help your business grow. I'm here to give you some information after you cancel a QuickBooks account.

Your data in QuickBooks Online will be available for a year after making your subscription inactive. It'll be available for viewing only. In contrast, you'll have access to the information for accounts with terminated payroll service for six months following the conclusion of the tax year in which the information was gathered.

I suggest that before cancelling, make sure to export or print out all the necessary data that you need. You will also want to read this article to keep you guided: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

You may refer to this link to learn more about how you can export you data: How to Download your Data from QuickBooks Online?

I'm also adding this link to help you export any specific report: How to Export Reports from QuickBooks Online?

I just want you to know that I will always be one click away if you have further questions about QuickBooks Online. Have a great weekend!
