Where do I find all this on my computer. I can't see where it gives me a choice of putting in my concern and/or talking to a live person. All I get is the direction to choose a user name, and what do I want to talk about. Are we on the same website?

In your QuickBooks Online account, you’ll see the Help button on the upper right.
You can use the screenshots below so you’ll be guided on how to contact our support team.
A live agent will call you after 5minutes.
