Will you please cancel my subscription?

Hi there @rocky2

We can help you cancel your account by contacting our QuickBooks Support. Let me walk you through how:


  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click the Contact Us button
  3. Type your concern, and hit Let's talk button.
  4. Select either Start a message or Get a callback.
  5. Fill out all the information needed and click Submit.


Also, you can manually cancel your subscription in QuickBooks Online. You can visit this article to check what happens when you canceled your subscription.
