There's actually an option to cancel payroll on your end. Here are the steps:
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
- Fill out the online cancelation form to complete your cancelation.
If you're not the Master Admin (MA) user of the company, you can have the MA do this. Or, you can ask them to give you access to cancel your subscription.
