What you get with Human Resources Services
With your QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription, you can get:
- HR Support Center: Available to QuickBooks Online Payroll (Premium and Elite) subscribers.
- HR Advisor: Available to QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite subscribers.
|Note: If you’re using QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, you can upgrade your payroll subscription to Premium or Elite to get the Human Resource Services.|
HR Support Center
This is an extensive library of resources that have been curated and validated by HR professionals. The HR Support Center helps you save time with document creation and checklists. If you’re using QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite, you can quickly get info on topics like compliance, hiring best practices, employees, handbooks, crafting job descriptions, and more.
This service lets you connect securely with an HR Advisor to answer specific questions. These personal HR Advisors have at least four years of HR experience. There's no limit to this feature and so you can connect with them as much as you need.
Access Human Resources Services
If you’re the primary admin of QuickBooks, follow the steps to access the Human Resources Services for your product:
|Note: Accountant users don't have access to the HR tab within client accounts. Instead, accountants can activate their own Elite Payroll account. From there, they can access Human Resources Services for their firm.|
Also, once you do the initial access, the Admin and Standard users (who have both payroll and edit company info access) will be able to utilize the Human Resources Services.
