What you may be experiencing:
Some users have reported unexpected behaviors while attempting to download or import transactions from Wells Fargo.
These issues include, but are not limited to, inability to download transactions and incorrect transaction data.
This issue has been resolved.
Wells Fargo has implemented changes to allow users to download transactions again.
Some users may experience an issue where importing a Web Connect (.qbo) file results in QuickBooks asking them to select an account, but the correct account does not appear in the list. If this happens to you, deactivate Bank Feeds for the account you are trying to use, then import the Web Connect file again. You'll only need to perform this fix once.
