2019 transactions not showing in app

I've got the steps you can perform to see your last year's transactions in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app, @katiteachesmusic

Here are a few possible reasons the 2019 transactions aren't appearing in your app:

  • Incorrect login credentials.
  • The stored app data is full.

First, I'd suggest logging into your QBSE account via a web browser to help isolate this issue. This way, we can determine if this is an app-related problem or not. Just make sure to use the same login credentials between the browser and the app.

Once signed in, go to the respective menus to view your last year's transactions, such as TransactionsMilesInvoices, or Time. You can filter the date range to 2019 on each menu to refresh them. If you aren't able to see them, I recommend manually entering them. For bank transactions, you can export them from your bank and import them to QBSE

If you're able to view the transactions on the web browser, the stored app data may be full. Let's clear them so it'll function efficiently. If you're using iOS, here are the steps below:

  1. Open the QBSE app.
  2. Go to the Menu (☰) icon.
  3. Select Help & Feedback.
  4. Choose Refresh Data.
  5. Click Refresh.

For Android, you can go to the More Options (⋮) icon and select Settings. Then, choose Refresh Data and click Yes. For the detailed instructions, see the third step through this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide. This link is specific to the QBO mobile application, but it also applies to your QBSE app.

After that, go back to your app and log into your account using the same credentials to view the 2019 transactions.

You can always visit this website: QBSE Overview. It contains in-depth details about managing your books, whether you're using the mobile or browser version anywhere and anytime.

I'm just a post away if you need further assistance. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, @katiteachesmusic
