30 day free trial soloprenuer cant create new rule (shaded grey)?

Hello there, Joemm.

The 30-day free trial allows unrestricted creation of banking categorization rules. However, it will be automatically greyed out if your trial expires or if you have created over 30 rules.

To verify your free trial, you can check it on your Subscriptions and billing. Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Solopreneur.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. From there, you can confirm whether your subscription indicates that the trial has expired.

  4. If your subscription has expired, click the Resubscribe button.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment information.
  6. Click Subscribe to confirm.

Regarding the limitation of the rules, to check if you have created over 30 rules, you can go to the banking rules section.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu in the left pane, then select Rules.
  2. From there, you can view whether you've created over 30 rules.
  3. If your bank rules are over 30, you can delete the rules that you no longer use by using the dropdown arrow to create a new rule.
