A month is missing from my bank deposits

Let me help you locate your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let's check different areas of your accounts to find missing transactions. First, let's manually download the latest ones available.

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation panel, click Transactions.
2. Go to the Bank transactions tab.
3. Click Update.

When finished, check the Banking menu again for the missing transactions. If you still can't find them, let's check around the Banking menu. Browse around the different tabs (For review, Categorized, and Excluded).

However, if you were referring to transactions you manually recorded to QuickBooks, you can head to the bank register and filter.

Here's how to access the bank register:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Chart of accounts under Your company.
3. Locate the account. Then, click View register under the Action column.

Once you're in the bank register, click the Filter icon. Then, ensure you've selected All for all of the dropdown menus.
