Since you have refreshed everything and it seems to be working fine on your bank's end, I recommend reaching out to our live support team to review your account.
To do this, go to the Help section, select the Search tab, and type "contact support." Click on Contact Us, choose your preferred method of communication, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect with a representative.
