Yes, you can change the amounts in your CSV file in QuickBooks Online. I'm here to demonstrate the process.
You'll need to ensure clicking the Enable Editing button to view and modify the full content of the data. See the illustration below:

Once this option is enabled, you'll be able to adjust the amounts on your banking statement.
If you have and the problem persists, I recommend updating your Excel. Outdated Excel may have resulted in blank data in exported reports. Let me show you how:
- Open the Excel spreadsheet.
- Select the File menu.
- Choose Account.
- Click the Update Options button.
- Choose Update Now.
