Join nowHi there, Catfrisk.
I'm here to help with getting those bank reconciles printed. To get this resolved, try updating or downloading Adobe Reader. This program interacts with the software and helps with printing issues.
Download the latest version of Adobe Reader, or update it, if you're already using it. This will control printing checks and other items in QBO
After downloading, installing, or updating Adobe Reader, set it as the default PDF viewer for your browser.
Try printing the Reconcile report again.
If you're still experiencing trouble printing, double check your printer by doing a test with other programs such as Microsoft Word or Excel. If you have any questions, please reach out to me here.
No that did not help me. I still get a blank sheet when trying to print my reconciliations.

Good morning, @catfrisk.
Thanks for letting me know that didn't work for you. I'd like to perform some troubleshooting to see if it's a browser-related cause.
Let's begin with opening a Private Window or an Incognito Window in the Web Browser that you're using. Here's how:
Once you're in the Private Window, log in to your QuickBooks Online account and try printing your Bank Reconciliation Report. If this works, then let's clear your browser's cache. This is to delete temporary internet files and data that are causing unexpected behavior in the product. Here's a link to help you with the process: Clear Web Browser History. Otherwise, you can try using a different browser to refresh your QuickBooks.
You can let me know how this goes for you by leaving me a Reply. I'd be happy to help you further. Have a beautiful day!
