After logging in to the web UI (which I almost never use) it prompts me to update the credit card which pays for my quickbooks account every month. how is this done?

After logging in to the web UI (which I almost never use) it prompts me to update the credit card which pays for my quickbooks account every month. how is this done?

Updating the credit card information can be done by going to the Account and Settings page. This process should only take a couple of minutes. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Tap the Gear icon at the top to select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu and hover your mouse to the QuickBooks section to choose Edit.

  3. Then, enter your payment information and make sure the address in QuickBooks is similar to the one on your credit card statement.
  4. Hit Confirm card or Save.
