Hello, Deborah. We can manually refresh your bank connection in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to fetch your recent transactions. To do this, simply click the Refresh All button.
First, go to the Gear icon located at the upper right corner of your screen. Then, choose Bank Accounts from the menu. Finally, click on the Refresh All button to complete the process.
Once you’re done, please repeat these steps at least three times, and then again in the next 24 hours to help the bank regain its connection.
