Let's ensure to reconnect your bank account, @workofartjohnso.


When a bank disconnect from QuickBooks Online, the bank stays active but will not download transactions. Before reconnecting it, you’ll have to clear the browser's cache first to refresh the connection between your bank and QBO. It could be the reason why your bank account disconnect from QBO. 


If it doesn't work, we can reconnect your bank by following these steps:

  1. Go to your bank's website and enter your credentials.
  2. Copy the bank URL.
  3. Go to your QBO Banking page and select Add account.
  4. Paste your bank's online banking URL, press enter, and try connecting again.

  1.  Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company and click the Help button. 


2. Select Contact Us and enter your concern and select Let's talk


3. A window will pop-up where you can choose a way to connect with us:

·        Start a chat with a support expert.

·        Get a callback from the next available expert.


 4.Fill in all the information need. Then, click Continue.
