All my linked bank accounts are not updating

Every linked account I have hasn't updated since yesterday.  I've tried clicking the Fix Error button and that doesn't work either. Anyone else having this issue?  Any ETA on a fix?

All my linked bank accounts are not updating

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, UnderTheSun.

To verify my understanding, are you encountering an error message when this is happening?

If you are, please share what the message says. A screenshot can be helpful as well. This will help me to better understand what you're experiencing. Once I have that information, I can do further research into the specific message.

In the event downloads seem stuck, or your latest transactions aren't available, there's three steps you can take to get them downloading again. Initially you'll want to try a manual download for each account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking screen.
  2. Select Update.

This updates all of your connected accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads any new transactions.

If your downloads remain slow or stuck, there may be an issue on your banks end. You can try checking your bank or credit card's website.

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions or information you'd like to provide. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Thank you for your response. It wasn't until yesterday, that all the accounts finally updated automatically. There must have been a bug, but it's fine now. Thanks.
