Re: All of a sudden I got several transaction uploaded from my personal account into quick books,...

Hello there, @p-ost.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Community page.

I'd be glad to help check/review the uploaded transactions into your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you've connected your personal (bank) account into QuickBooks, the program will download the last 90 days of transactions recorded by your bank automatically. It will also match existing entries entered in QuickBooks and add new records for incoming transactions without a matching entry. This feature reduces workload and ensures your accounts are always up-to-date. You need to review each transaction if there are any duplicates.

To handle any duplicate transactions, you may check this article: Bank transactions are duplicates, missing or wrong or bank balance not updating .

Also, for additional information about online banking, you can check this article: How to use Online Banking, Connect Bank Accounts, and Review your Bank Feed in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, you may visit the audit log/history to review and check who made changes and what are the change on your account.

Stay in touch if you have any other QuickBooks concerns by adding a comment below, we're always here to help. Have a good day!
