All of our banks are being thrown into together. We have double transactions

The common reason why there are duplicate transactions is when you manually update the bank by clicking on the Update button in QuickBooks and at the same time the bank also do automatic download. We can exclude those duplicate transactions. Here's how:
Go to Banking on the left panel.
In the For Review tab, select the duplicate transactions.
All of these duplicates will be transferred in the Excluded tab. If you wish to delete them, go to that tab and check the boxes of the transactions. Then, Delete.
