Alternate line shading on deposit screen

I logged into quick books this morning and all the alternate line shading is gone, for example on my deposit screen there are no individual lines or alternate shaded lines, as well as the bottom of my checks or reconciliation, its all just one blank space.  I have been searching online for an hour and its driving me crazy!

Thanks for posting your question in the Community. I'm here to lend a hand with the alternate line shading on the deposit screen. 


When a user experiences unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online, such as pages not fully loading, it's recommended to perform general browser troubleshooting. 


One step that often resolves such behavior is the clearing of cache. Cache is information that's stored to speed up loading times but can interfere with processes if too much is accumulated over time. Another step that can help determine if the source of this behavior is to try another browser to load the page. I'm also including an article with information on loading: QuickBooks Online Doesn't Load Correctly or Has Blank Pages.


If you should continue to experience this behavior after following these steps, could you please post a screenshot so that I can view what you're seeing. As this is a deposit and a public forum, please make sure that any sensitive information is not visible.

Alternate line shading on deposit screen

I am having the same problem consistently now with Quickbooks Pro 2018 DESKTOP.  I suspect the original person with this problem may have been using Desktop also - not Online.


Anyway... the alternating lines are now so dim all of a sudden that you cant see the difference.  We have this running fine on other PCs and the alternating lines are blue and clear.


I have updated the monitor drivers and nothing changes.


I tried the QB tool that support directed me to use and that did nothing for this problem.

You might want to check your computer's brightness and contrast settings. I've tried to turn them to its maximum settings, and it also blurred out the alternating lines of blue and white.


That may be the reason why it looks clear on the other PC you have.
