Has nothing to do with that, this is more of a back-end issue as it’s not bringing any transactions in although claiming it updated the connection and of course this problem is on any device weather phone, computer, etc.

We want to help you further with your bank processes. With that being said, I want to check if you're getting any error messages when you access your account. This will help me provide the accurate resolution to your concern.

 

In the meantime, use the Update button to sync bank transactions into the system automatically.

As I mentioned before, the update status shows as recently updated seconds ago, with all green, no errors, of course I'm trying the "Update" manual button as well and it finishes successfully says everything is updating, no error messages, but none of the transactions show up and on the credit card and checking account there are many posted (not pending) transactions that simply do not show up as of 3-4 days ago when this began.

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.

Not sure if you realize this but appears your goal is to divert blame on the bank and call it "resolved and not quickbooks problem", but you realize that doesn't help the customer at all, because customers have no way of reaching out to powerful banks like Chase and getting involved in deep back-end issues like this.  What normally happens is that EVEN if it is a Chase bank back-end issue, QuickBooks Tech Support will actually reach out to their Chase contacts to get things straightened out instead of just telling the customer "it's not our issue", so  my mistake was reaching out to this community who is more then eager to say "NOT OUR PROBLEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE", whereas now I will actually reach out to QuickBooks Tech Support and will consider never posting my issues to the community ever again.
