American Express not updating in Banking Tab

I am not able to update my card transactions. I have 2 cards from American Express. Recently I disconnected and connected again but it still does not update anything and it is also showing no error. I tried customer support too, but they could not give any proper reply.

I've checked and verified that there's an ongoing issue when updating AMEX transactions in QBO. Our banking engineers are currently working for the permanent fix to download new AMEX transactions.

 

Thus, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to add you as one of the affected users and notification list. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Then, click Let's Talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
