American Express States my QB online account is suspended ?

I'm getting the following error message from AX when trying to update charges, and my account with QB is very much current 

"We are unable to send your transactions because your QuickBooks Online account has been suspended. Please visit QuickBooks® to re-subscribe to QuickBooks Online."
