Let’s work together to ensure your bank account information is correctly synchronized with QuickBooks Online, Michael.
Before we begin, may I know if you've encountered some error code or message while doing the process? This way, we will be able to pinpoint the exact resolution regarding the issue you've encountered.
To start, we can verify the URL for your Chase bank account for any recent updates or changes on their official website. Once you have confirmed that you are on the correct site, carefully copy the link. Then, navigate to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) banking sign-in page and paste the copied URL in the designated field. See the screenshot below:
Additionally, we can update your username, password, security questions, or multi-factor authentication settings to ensure they comply with your bank's specific requirements.
Follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Transactions, and select Bank transactions.
2. Select the bank or credit card account you need to update.
3. Tap Edit ✎.
4. Click Edit sign-in info.
5. If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them.
6. Enter the user ID and password for your bank account manually.
7. Lastly, press Update.
Alternatively, you can also log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by using a private browsing window or a compatible browser to easily link your bank account.
You can use these keyboard shortcuts to a private window:
Once, everything is good and you're able to connect your bank to QBO, you can check out the following articles that you may find helpful in the future:

Yes, I have done all those things. Inclusive to unlinking and linking again. It appears the new accounts are not updating. No error messages.
No errors. And I have done all of the things suggested. Appears QBO is not seeing the internal transfers I made to those accounts, from other accounts. Small balances - needed for opening new accounts.
Thank you for getting back to us and keeping us updated after following the recommended steps from my colleague, Michael237. I have additional troubleshooting steps you can take to ensure that you can view your Chase account and download its transactions.
Here’s what you need to do:
For a more detailed explanation of why this is necessary, you can visit Chase's Security Center page.
Once your account is connected and the bank transactions are downloaded successfully, you can begin reviewing and categorizing your transactions.

This issue has not been resolved. After speaking with a tech support agent (Abby), it appears Quickbooks has faced this a month or so ago. She has escalated the issue with Support. We will see if someone actually follows up to my case, but if this issue has now occurred twice, maybe QBO has gown down in availability. If one can't trust the connection, how can they trust the data? I will wait to see if this gets resolved in short order. I am pausing at the moment in onboarding 40 more fitness studios onto QBO until I get root cause and a resolution. Otherwise, I may just look for another software platform and probably should suggest others do the same, or consider the issue at hand here.
