Moreover, they can provide you updates (through emails) and troubleshooting steps that suit for your scenario.

There are certain errors that can prevent you from connecting your bank account to QuickBooks Online. If you happen to encounter one, follow the procedures in the Step 4 section of this article to be guided in fixing it: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions.

 

Additionally, you can follow the Fiat Lux - ASIA's to further isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache becomes corrupted causing connection issues in the program. Use these shortcut keys to open a private or incognito window:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once you're in, try connecting your bank account again. If it's now successful, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to improve your browsing experience. You may also use supported browsers as an alternative
