I've looked into our end and find no related issue in connecting with USAA. To isolate this, I recommend contacting your bank and verify if there are any issues ongoing on their end.
In the meantime, let's manually upload your bank transactions. Let me guide you how.
- Log in to your bank’s website and follow the steps to download your transactions as a CSV file.
- Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
- Once done, sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
- Select Import older transactions for the account you want to add transactions to.
- Click Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank.
- Select the file and click Open to start the import.
- Review the column headers and data.
- Then click Continue to complete the process.
You can also see this link for more guidance: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Once done, you'll want to categorize your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C for accurate tracking.
