Anyone else having trouble connecting with USAA?

Welcome aboard to the Community space, @aedoming.

I've looked into our end and find no related issue in connecting with USAA. To isolate this, I recommend contacting your bank and verify if there are any issues ongoing on their end.

In the meantime, let's manually upload your bank transactions. Let me guide you how.

  1. Log in to your bank’s website and follow the steps to download your transactions as a CSV file.
  2. Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
  3. Once done, sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
  4. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
  5. Select Import older transactions for the account you want to add transactions to.
  6. Click Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank.
  7. Select the file and click Open to start the import.
  8. Review the column headers and data.
  9. Then click Continue to complete the process.

You can also see this link for more guidance: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once done, you'll want to categorize your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C for accurate tracking.

I'm always around to help if you need furthers assistance managing your transactions. Keep safe and stay healthy!
