Anyone else having trouble with TD Bank updates?

TD updated it's online banking.  Is anyone else having trouble downloading the transactions?  Has anyone figured out a work around?

There are a number of users who have reported to have experienced the same issue with TD bank. Our engineers have informed us that they're already investigating an ongoing issue that's causing an error/missing transactions from TD Bank. 

While this is being worked on, please contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care. One of our support specialists will ask for your contact details and you to the notification list. We'll keep you posted via email as as soon as we get this working.

TD did redo their entire website. They are having issues with it still.  It's probably more on their end.

I'm also having this issue. Please someone post when it's resolved, or what to do to get it there!  I read to submit the following info to "QBO customer care",  but I can't find an email address (only phone number) for them:

Still need help?  If you have tried all of the above suggestions and the issue persists for more than 48 hours, please contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care with the following information:
The name of your financial institution
Which bank name is being selected during account set-up?
The URL you use to connect to your bank outside of QuickBooks Online
Which account type you are connecting to: business, personal, cash management, etc.

Same issue here.  The developer for my personal finance package, Moneydance, updated and fixed the issue in about 24 hours.  FWIW, I spoke with TD tech on another issue this am and this problem is entirely on Intuit.  Let's go QBO!

It's been 8 days now.  Without being able to connect to TD my QB now has about the same functionality as an expensive paperweight.  Please get this fixed!

from a banking article:  "It’s been more than a week since TD Bank first revealed that its long-planned update to its online and mobile banking systems had run into technical difficulties, and many customer are still unable to access their accounts.

A bank spokesman said Tuesday that while the company is making progress on fixing the glitch, he acknowledged that a number of its customers are still unable to use mobile or online platforms to check their accounts, transfer funds or pay bills."

This is making me mental. When the issue first happened the QB customer service guy told me to disconnect my TB account and then reconnect.  I knew I shouldn't have listened to him but I did it anyway.  Now of course I can't reconnect.  Which means I also can't import the transactions through Webconnect.  Which means I have to manually add every last thing like a paper checkbook.  I know it's TD's fault but I'm soooo aggravated that I'm paying for an QB online and it is not functioning at all.

I'm not so sure it's TD's fault at this point.  Sure they made a change, but it's up to QBO to adjust to it.  Other platforms have done so already.  See my post above from 3days ago.

Yes, both are responsible.  TD should have never launched their new site if it wasn't ready.  I logged in on the TD website fine this morning.  Just tried to log in again and it won't let me.  Apparently a lot of people are unable to access their accounts from the TD website.  It's ridiculous. And it's been 2 weeks!

Its not TD.  Quicken works with the TD update.  QBO does not.  Come on QBO!!!!!!!!!

TD Bank has been a major issue through all of this, but what is really aggregating right now is that in order to get on an 'email' notification list for updates, you have to 'call' customer service. Then explain it to them and hope it works. You might think that somehow QBO would know which of their clients use TD Bank....just a thought. I do finance for a non-profit on my own time which often does not coincide with the hours their customer service phone line is open.

At this point I don't care who is at fault. I do see TD is having a ton of issues with their new site.  When is this going to be resolved though?  I wish qbo would at least respond to say they're doing their part with a resolution.

How can this issue not be fixed. You can not run a business when your software is down for such a long period. Please update us as to when this will be fixed with a specific date.
