TD updated it's online banking. Is anyone else having trouble downloading the transactions? Has anyone figured out a work around?
There are a number of users who have reported to have experienced the same issue with TD bank. Our engineers have informed us that they're already investigating an ongoing issue that's causing an error/missing transactions from TD Bank.
While this is being worked on, please contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care. One of our support specialists will ask for your contact details and you to the notification list. We'll keep you posted via email as as soon as we get this working.
