Anyone having problems with connection to Bank of America

Did you get a specific banking error? A browser-related issue might cause the connection between QuickBooks and Bank of America. 

  1. Let's log in to https://selfemployed.intuit.com/ using a private browser since its doesn't store any history or files. From there, refresh the connection.
  2. If we we're able to do so, let's switch back to the main browser to clear its cache
  3. Other browser can also help us in getting rid of any browser-related issue. We can use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
