Anyone having trouble doing bank link update to US BAnk not working

Is there an error message when trying to link or update your bank? There has been a report from US bank customers that they're getting Online Banking Error 377.

Our engineers are actively working to get this fixed. For now, we recommend reaching out to our support team. This way, they can further check your account and add your company to our lists of affected users. 

Here' how: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief description of your concern in the How can we help? field and choose Let's talk. 
5. Select the Get a callback option.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Once done, click Confirm call.

We are still having this issue over a month-long with no fix in sight.  It is preventing us from being able to file our taxes on time and is putting our company in a legally and financially questionable position.  Considering finding new accounting software since this is clearly not a priority for QB.
