We can refresh the Banking page by logging in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser. It's one way of verifying if the unexpected behavior is caused by a browser-related issue. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Then, go to the Banking page and look into the account if it still indicates 6 transactions to review yet you're already set with the account. If everything looks as expected, you can switch back to the main browser to clear the cache. You can also use other browsers to get rid of these kinds of issues.
