Hello there, inknpaint-finance. Yes, you can check and recategorize bank transactions from January to October 2025 in QuickBooks, as long as you've downloaded them.

Since you mentioned having trouble going beyond November 2025, I would like to gather a bit more detail to help troubleshoot the issue. Could you clarify what specific behavior you’re experiencing? Are you having issues with the date filter, or is the system not displaying the earlier months when you try to scroll or apply the filter?

If the earlier months aren't displaying, I recommend checking your chart of accounts and viewing the bank register directly, as older transactions often appear there more easily. Additionally, if those earlier months were never downloaded, you may need to perform a manual upload from your bank's website to bring January through October into the system.

If you have any further questions, please let us know in the comments below.

On the phone app ; even using the filters to only filter out for “the last year” bank transactions. I’m only able to see December and November of 2025. When I log into my account through a web browser I am able to view December- March of 2025. I downloaded Jan & Feb 2025 and used the upload tool, once it was downloaded it uploads as a different year (2022/2023) which is impossible because I uploaded 2025’s documents

Hi, inknpaint-finance. There are a few possible reasons why your transactions are not displaying correctly when uploading. This could be due to incorrect dates, inaccurate data in your CSV file, or accumulated data interfering with the software, which may prevent them from appearing correctly. Let's start by clearing any cached data that could be impacting its performance.

If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data.

For iPhone, go to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.

If the issue persists, you can upload a sample file to verify whether the problem lies within your CSV file. Review the dates and file format, and once you are done uploading, you can exclude any affected transactions. If so, we recommend reaching out to your bank to obtain an updated and accurate file.

Let us know if you have additional concerns. We're here to assist.
