Automatic problem solving of QB and PayPAl integration

Hello, I have already studied similar requests that relate to getting rid of the transactions of the bank from which the PayPal account is replenished and PayPal itself:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/banking/paypal-mess/00/797097

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-au/other-questions/does-anyone-have-a-workaround-for-...
Your recommendation involves a lot of manual labor, especially if there are many such duplicate transactions. Is it possible, when adding Paypal to QB, to exclude a number of operations (filter them) in the QB itself? It is clear that you can upload everything to Excel, then to the CSV format, but this is also manual work. Are there any automatic solutions?

Have you explored these apps as a workaround?

Automatic problem solving of QB and PayPAl integration

Thanks for posting to the Community and sharing your insights about PayPal integration, @Elizabeth_Kholkina.

I appreciate that you've already searched for solutions and references. Excluding several operations in QuickBooks itself when adding PayPal to QuickBooks isn't possible this time. Also, there isn't an automatic solution to connect PayPal and remove bank transactions from which the PayPal account is replenished or entries from PayPal itself. I know this is a great way to reduce manual work and maximize productivity that will help you save more time.

In the meantime, you can follow Fiat Lux Asia's workaround or search for third-party applications in the Apps menu that enable you to filter them. From the Apps menu, select the Find Apps tab. Enter specific functionality in the Search field like filter bank transactions. Then review and install the application to integrate it with QuickBooks Online.

Or follow the solutions shared by my peers to exclude duplicate transactions manually.

Please get back to this thread if you have additional questions about managing PayPal transactions in QuickBooks Online. I'll be around to help. Take care!
