Join nowI am trying to update account info for my bank account and although I know I am enterring the correct password it seems to auto-populate the prior password after I click continue and so it says sign-in not working. Any idea on how to get the prior password out of the system?
This happens if the credentials on your bank's website is not updated yet, sdsteuber.
QuickBooks Online will always try to connect to your bank first to know if there has been a recent update. Let's log in to your bank's website to update your credentials.

My bank account needed a new password. It changed it. Now I cannot get it to work on Quickbooks. It is changed at the bank. I just logged on with it.

You can't change your financial institution login information in QBO, as mentioned by my colleague SophiaAnnL, you must log in to your financial institution's or bank's website first to make the necessary changes.
