Bank account stopped syncing

Anyone else having trouble with Capital One back account syncing with Quickbook? 

 

The old bank connection no longer works, and a fresh new one’s ready for you.

We’ll take you to the bank site to reconnect, then return you here and get everything back on track. (350)

 

This is the error message and everytime I go thorough the reconnect process it brings me back to this message.

 

Please advise.

Hi @iskondesign,

 

Thank you for bringing this into our attention, as well as providing the exact error message that you get. We currently have an open investigation as to why this error comes up. 

 

Our Online Banking team is working on a fix to be deployed as soon as possible. I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for assistance in this matter. They can add you to the list of our affected users. With that said, you'll receive an email notification whenever an update becomes available. 

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.

While waiting for the fix, I suggest manually uploading your bank transactions to keep your books updated. See this article for the steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
