Hello there, @goulder.

You can change your bank URL in the Edit sign-in info. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the Banking page.
  2. Select the appropriate bank account.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the bank name.
  4. Select Edit sign-in info, then enter your updated bank website username and password.
  5. Click Save and connect.

That does not work on my QB.  My QB only allows me to edit USER and PW.  There is no way to access editing bank url.

I use mac and QB Version 4.0.9-35 (4.0.9-35.35)

Good day, goulder.

The best way to update your bank URL is to disconnect and then reconnect it. But before doing so, you have to make sure to add and match all the pending transactions in the For Review tab. Please note that disconnecting your bank will delete transactions in the Banking page.

Here are the steps on how to disconnect your bank:

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel, select Banking.
  2. Choose the account you want to disconnect, then click the pencil icon.
  3. Click Edit account info.
  4. In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account to save.
  5. Click Save and close.

You can refer to this article for the detailed steps on how to add and match transactions in QBO.
