Join nowThe help button for "fix your bank connection" is constantly popping up in response to authentication using two-step verification. There is not a problem, I am just using that second layer of protection (we are talking about bank accounts!) How do I get it to stop popping up and obscuring the page?

I can share with you some steps to block the pop-up message on your banking page, @nancymaguire.
Let's start by accessing your account using a different or a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources which causes some errors or unusual responses. You can use either of these shortcut keys to access one:
If it works successfully, you'd want to clear your regular browser's cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO.
If the issue persists, turn on the pop-up blocker. Let me show you how:
