Bank Deposit Limits

What happens if my bank has a daily ACH deposit limit that is less than the total invoice paid through ACH payments?

Example:

-Invoices/Payments: $15,000

-Bank ACH Deposit Limit: $10,000

Will QBO make two deposits? Or will the payment be rejected?

Thanks!

Bank Deposit Limits

Hi BrittL!

I understand that sometimes you receive ACH payments more than your bank's limits. You can try asking your bank if there's a chance to increase it. For our side, I would recommend contacting our Payments Support team. They have the information on how over-the-limit payments are deposited into your account.
