After updating my bank password, my QB account will no longer link with my bank, and gives error code 108. Believe me, I have spent a plethora of time on the phone with my bank, and more than an hour on the phone with QB over multiple phone calls. There are no messages on my bank site, as QB states on their "fix". For two weeks now I've had to do manual uploads of my business bank account, which as previously been linked for the past 4 years by the click of a button. I'm told my situation was "escalated" and I'd be contacted, but its been 2 weeks and I still can't connect. Very frustrated that this isn't getting better attention from QB. Anyone else run into this? Am I getting the runaround?
